This Privacy Policy explains how Faith2 One LLC, doing business as Faith to One (“we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and shares information when you use faith2.one (the “Service”), and the choices and rights you have.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
We never receive or store your full payment card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.
To mail cards, you give us each recipient’s first and last name, mailing address and an optional relationship label (for example, “my daughter”), plus the verses, quotes, notes, sign-off and card choices for each card (“card content”).
By entering a recipient’s information, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to send them cards and are permitted to share their name and address with us for that purpose. We use recipient information only to produce and mail your cards, calculate sales tax from the mailing address, and run your account. We never market to recipients. A recipient who wants their information removed can contact us at the address below.
If you send cards anonymously, we won’t reveal your identity to the recipient, except where the law requires it or to address misuse of the Service.
When you use our verse search (“describe a situation”) or our AI support assistant, the text you type is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. For signed-in users, the support assistant may also use details of your own orders (such as upcoming card dates) to answer your questions. We never send your payment details to Anthropic, and the verse search does not send your account or recipient details.
We automatically collect basic technical data, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the time and length of visits.
You can change your choice at any time with the button at the bottom of this page, or through your browser settings.
Verse emails. If you sign up for verses by email (for example, “4 verses to encourage someone today”), we’ll send you that email and an occasional note with more verses and news about Faith to One. We send these only to people who signed up, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing doesn’t affect service emails about orders you’ve placed.
We share personal information only with these service providers, and only as needed for their part of the Service:

We may also disclose information if the business is merged, acquired or sold (we’ll notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy); when required by law or valid requests from public authorities; to protect the rights, property or safety of Faith to One, our users or the public; or with your consent.
We may keep data longer where the law requires or to resolve legal claims, and copies may remain briefly in encrypted backups that are deleted on a routine schedule.
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. We’ll honor requests as the law requires and won’t treat you differently for making one. We may need to verify your identity first.
Do Not Track: our Service does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Analytics run only if you accept them through our cookie banner.
The Service is operated in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure and handled in line with this policy.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit each user to their own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy a package. The Service is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 13. Recipients may be any age: when an adult sends cards to a child, the adult provides the child’s name and address, and we use it only to mail those cards. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a child’s information at any time.
Our Service may link to sites we don’t operate. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, email account holders before the change takes effect.
