These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of faith2.one and every card package you buy (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Faith2 One LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Faith to One (“Faith to One,” “we,” “us” or “our”), 2766 Echo Park Drive, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. By creating an account or buying a package, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to create an account or buy a package. Cards may be sent to recipients of any age.
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account. Please give us accurate information, including your recipients’ names and mailing addresses, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.
Faith to One mails real handwritten cards to the person you choose (your “recipient”). Each card carries a verse or quote and, if you add one, your personal note. Cards mail weekly on the day you choose, or daily if you select that option.

The number of verses you choose determines your package. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required and is calculated from the recipient’s mailing address. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a package you’ve already bought.
Each package is a single, one-time payment processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Packages don’t renew automatically. When a package’s last card mails, it’s complete, and you’re welcome to buy another anytime.
We mail within the United States only. You’re responsible for entering accurate recipient addresses. We aren’t responsible for cards that are delayed, lost or misdelivered because of an incorrect address or postal service issues, though we’ll do our best to help. Our printing and mailing partner, Handwrytten, produces and mails each card on our behalf.
You own the notes and other text you write (“your content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce and share your content with our service providers only as needed to produce, mail and support your cards. You confirm you have the right to use everything you submit and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
By entering a recipient’s name and address, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to send them cards and are permitted to share their information with us for that purpose. If a recipient asks us to stop sending them cards, we’ll honor that request and refund the unmailed cards in that package as described in Section 7.
Faith to One exists to encourage people. You agree not to use the Service to:
We may review card content and may refuse, hold or stop any card or package we reasonably believe violates these Terms. If we stop a package for this reason, we may decline to refund the unmailed cards.
You may choose to send cards without your name. Unless you save a return address, the envelope’s return address is left blank. We won’t reveal your identity to a recipient, except where the law requires it or to address misuse of the Service.
Scripture on our cards comes from the Berean Standard Bible and the King James Version, both in the public domain. Our tools may use artificial intelligence, provided by Anthropic, to suggest verses or words of encouragement, and our support assistant is AI-powered. AI suggestions can be imperfect, so please review every card before it locks. You’re responsible for the final content of your cards.
Faith to One shares scripture and encouragement. It isn’t pastoral counseling, therapy, or medical, legal or financial advice. If you or someone you’re writing to is in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
The website, card designs, handwriting styles, software, and the Faith to One name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the Service as intended.
We rely on trusted providers, including Stripe (payments), Handwrytten (printing and mailing), Supabase (data hosting) and Anthropic (AI features). Their own terms may apply to their part of the Service. We aren’t responsible for their outages or errors, but we’ll work to make things right for you.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the package the claim relates to. Some states don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs, including attorneys’ fees, arising from claims caused by your content or by your violation of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Any refund for unmailed cards follows Section 7. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 9 and 13 through 22 continue to apply after your account closes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If we can’t, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, email account holders before the change takes effect. Changes don’t apply to packages already purchased unless you agree.
